Neuro muscular therapy is a technique used to treat trigger points, reducing pain and optimizing muscle function. It is used for the treatment of conditions such as TMJ, carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet, low back pain, frozen shoulder, sciatica, post surgical rehabilitation, Migraine, neck pain, neuroma amongst others. It can also be used to improve athletic performance, gait, posture as well as neural repatterning. The sessions consist of physical history, assessment, Movement analysis , trigger point release, Muscle activation and stretches.
Abhyanga is one of the most traditional Ayurvedic bodywork treatments. During an Abhyanga session, the body is massaged following a precise sequence of friction-based movements using warm herbal oils selected according to each client’s constitution and specific needs. The oil massaged into the skin deeply penetrates the tissues loosening toxins at a cellular level so it can be safely eliminated. Brazilian born, Helena Piccoli has very unique skills as a movement trainer. A dancer since the age of seven, Helena came to the USA at the age of fifteen where she studied and performed with many well known ballets schools and companies. She received a BFA from The Boston Conservatory in Dance and furthered her studies with a post bachelor degree in pre med at Hunter College.
Since 2005, Helena has worked as a movement therapist. She has learned the pilates method through the Kane School/Kinected, Power Pilates and Stott Pilates. She is also certified in Gyrokinesis®, Gyrotonic® Level I and II, Jump and Stretch Board and Gyrotoner® and is a Gyrotonic® Level I pre trainer. Helena is a certified trainer in pre and post natal pilates and Gyrotonic®, scoliosis, osteoporosis, breathing, rotational sports, advanced athletic training, gait, TRX, rehabilitation and more.
Helena’s philosophy of training is to make the body find its harmony. This can be achieved through developing strength with proper alignment and by helping the individual develop awareness of the body. Ana Laura Sanchez
Ana Laura Sanchez is a Former Professional Ballet Dancer and Ballet Master with numerous performances and awards. Started her studies at the National Arts & Ballet School, in la Havana, Cuba. She began her professional dancer career in 2005 in the Laura Alonso Ballet Company “Pro Danza”, where she was promoted as Soloist Dancer in 2007. In 2009 she was hired like a Principal Soloist for the Ecuadorian Chamber Ballet, where after 3 years she was promoted to Principal Dancer. Ana’s awards include Golden Medal 2002 International Ballet Competition in Havana.
Her repertories with the company include leading roles in classical ballet like Nutcracker ,Don Quixote, Paquita, Romeo and Juliet, Carmen, Giselle,Coppelia,Majisimo.BlackSwan,Thaikouvsky,Tarantella,Raymond,Flames of Paris(pas DE deux),and many others from the classical,neoclassical,and contemporary repertoire.

PBT (Progressive Ballet Technique) This innovated technique specialized in the improvement of the body, posture, essential skill for dancers as alignments, stability of the core, flexibility, weight placement through creative exercises using mostly the fit ball and other implements.
